The Iowa Nebraska Hunter Jumper Association (INHJA) is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors committed to supporting hunter/jumper sport across Iowa and Nebraska. Our Board is made up of volunteers who generously contribute their time, experience, and passion to ensure the continued success of the association.
Together, the INHJA Board works to uphold the organization’s mission, oversee operations, and foster a positive, inclusive environment for riders, trainers, families, and supporters.

President
Hello, I'm Rae Doerring. I have been involved with the horse industry in Central Iowa my entire life. Early in my career I was a head groom with training on the side and then moved into training horses and teaching. I have been the owner and operator of Hidden Haven since April of 2022.
Having been president of INHJA this past year has been a new role for me and it has gone smoothly with a great team of board members behind me. I have been elected to stay on as president for this year and hope to open more communication avenues to all members and non-members to continue growing our great association.

I look forward to continuing this work and helping make this INHJA’s best year yet.

Hi, I'm Avry, currently an Adult Ameateur rider at Wynmore Farm. I grew up riding Arabians and then switched to Hunter-Jumpers in college in which I fell in love with the sport.
I've had a passion for horses my entire life and I can't wait to give back to our equestrian community.
INHJA is proud to support hunter and jumper riders across Iowa and Nebraska — building community, opportunity, and a love for the sport.
